We currently have openings available for residential risk inspectors in MA, NH, RI, CT, NJ, and IL. This is a great opportunity to supplement existing income or if desired, as a full time position. The position involves inspecting residential properties to establish a risk level for potential and existing insurance carriers.

We offer extensive training, including field and office support. Property assignments are allocated directly from the company website into your own personalized (supplied) website. Each assignment contains details pertaining to the type of inspection needed. Essentially, you'll be responsible for organizing the assigned pipeline, scheduling appointments, inspecting in the field and submitting reports during your choice of working hours. You will be working as a 1099 subcontractor and paid on a bi-weekly commission basis for each inspection performed.

 

To qualify you will need: a reliable vehicle, mobile phone & email access, digital camera, measuring device, and a windows PC.

If you have basic property knowledge, are a fast learner and poses the ability to navigate through a computer efficiently, then this position may be a great fit. With over a decade of refined and in depth training techniques, we can take those skills to the next level. Computer knowledge is a must. You will need to translate your inspection onto our website including attaching photographs, running a specialized software program, attaching pdf files and typing brief and detailed sentences.
